Filling out a business form should always be done in ink. Using ink is recommended so that changes cannot be made after the form has been signed. This will almost guarantee authenticity.
Invoice forms, multipurpose forms, statements, tax forms, and purchase order forms are some of the manual forms. Accounting software, back office software applications, and quality checks are some examples of computerized forms. Manual forms are printed using high quality papers with excellent printing and proper formatting. These computer forms will make your business processes easy and effective.
Use appropriate response mechanisms. Paper forms have the disadvantage that users can miss, or simply disregard, an instruction. For example, 'only tick/check one box' from a list of 15 or 20 options. In this context interactive forms can be programmed so that the user can only tick/check one (known as a 'radio button' as distinct from 'check-boxes'), or presented with the options in a drop-down menu from which the user can only select one. When designing forms make sure the response mechanism is appropriate to each question.
Once the planning stage is complete and feedback has been considered creating the finished product should not be as difficult. Using a word processing program is the best way to create a business form. Setting the format up using the tool bar will insure that everything will be lined up correctly. There is software that is dedicated to creating business forms that also may be an option. The most important aspect in creating business forms is not in the software that is being used but instead with the content of the forms.
